For the past 1-2 weeks the site goes down at 12:10 untill about 12:16. Seems to be related to the viper site only. I go on the site at noon and it shuts down at the mentioned times and then I can get back on.

It's actually closer to 11:30 The programmers are aware of it and looking to find out why. It's actually a reboot problem, it's failing to reboot itself whaen it should. It's only down a few minutes until one of us calls the programmers to reboot it manually.
