Before heading out to VOI 12 myself and VYPR BYT 94 came up with our own little DIY project because we were worried about the OEM side windows/3 piece top combination as the window foam looked prone to leaks and there was a visible gap also on both sides. After trying a couple of things we went with a garage door seal that has an added edge on 1 side and stuck it to the car with black duct tape so it would both be rain proof and look like it was always meant to be.
As soon as we left the house it got tested right away in moderately heavy rain and it was not until the rain shower was almost over during the convoy ride that it started showing a totally acceptable extremely light drizzle. Here are a few pics, note the streaks coming from the top edge. I would say objective completed!
Note that this was after we took the OEM windows out right when we arrived at the Wingate hotel in Charlotte.
