This weekend the NASA OH/IN Region will be holding a double sprint race and HPDE at Nelson Ledges Road Course September 13-14. Registration is still available at www.nasaproracing.com or by registering at the track, and no late fees apply.
The next event for our region is the Three Hour, Double Sprint and HPDE at BeaveRun Motorsports Park September 27-28. The Three Hour is on Sunday with most of the Double Sprints Saturday, and the HPDE both days. This is the third endurance race for OH/IN this season, and is sure to have great competition with the likes of Vipers, Corvette, Porsche, and BMW and more already signed up. More information about this event is found at the OH/IN website www.racenasa.com . No driver change is necessary, but recommended. At the last enduro two porsches took 2nd and 3rd.
Our final event of the season will be at Putnam Park Road Course for a Double Sprint Race, 100 mile enduro, and two day HPDE. As our last event of season there will also be outings to local kart tracks at night and more!
All of these events feature the German Touring Sportscar Challenge (GTS Challenge). As this series grows, so has the competition with lots of close battles and a modified 13:13 rule to keep cars the way they came to the track.
