best bang for the buck will probably be a '98 or later tubular manifold with 2.5" highflows and a dynomax bullet mufflers (under $500). You can probably pick up 35 hp.
Belanger's and 3" exhaust will cost you $2500+ and will give you about 55hp and LOTS of rumble. My wife hates the 3"
