Can you even buy these parts?

I purchased new leather boots for the shifter and eBrake for a Gen II (1997 GTS). I am looking for the plastic surround with tabs that the leather boots form to at the bottom. I would use the existing pieces from the boots I am replacing but the tabs have been bent and rebent so many times they are starting to fall off. I'm not even sure if you can by these plastic surrounds for the base of the boots without buying the whole boot. Anyone have a clue or part number? Thanks.

Mopar doesn't show a good diagram of what you might be referring. They have the boot showing as 0PD67TX9 and the inner rubber piece is 4848038. The latter is shown below as it appears in the Mopar catalog:
