having a senior moment but are the first 300 car going to be for the certifcate holder.Then the next bunch will be for people that don't have a certificate.

All 2003 Vipers need a certificate to purchase them....approximately 1300 certs were issued....may be a few special cases where a car is sold without a cert, but the general public needs one to purchase.....

The certificate holders will get their Viper's first. If there is any time for any addition production, then those waiting without will get a chance.

I don't remember the rules for getting a cert... does this
imply that there are only around 1300 people that are original
owners of all Vipers ever sold ??? If so, thats alot of
secondary market for all those vipers that have been sold and
then resold. But then I guess alot of people don't keep any
car/truck for too long.

A certificate was OFFERED to all existing owners that purchased their car new .......

but not everyone participated in this gracious offer.

By the way, where did the 1300 number come from? I don't believe anyone was ever told what the "magic number" is?
