Christmas Day Surprise!

While on our way to my son's for Christmas Dinner, I was quite surprised to see a red GTS/w/white stripes out on the road (Finch and White's Road area in Pickering). I have not seen this before in our area or at our club events. Did someone get this for a Christmas present? Just curious as mine has been parked for 2 months now!

I think it is just crazy that people in Ontario go out for a drive in the winter. They use such a heavy amount of salt on our roads in our area. (I don't care how dry they look) The sill's are aluminum on our cars and are poorly coated on the inside of the panel. Add a small amout of salt and they will fall apart from the inside out.

I had my 2001 GTS out on Christmas!!!

I live on an acereage with pavement, the road to the main highway is paved, all roads and freeway were bare and dry. The conditions were ideal. To be able to say I went to my son's for Christmas dinner in a Viper in Alberta is worth bragging rights.
