Meeting Spot: Sears in Milford Ct at the Post Mall- same spot as the shoreline cruise
Time: TBD
Stay tuned, more details to follow.

First we'll cruise to East Rock State Park: East Rock - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia We'll drive :drive: up some curvy roads to the summit where there will be great views of New Haven, Hamden, and surrounding cities including New Haven Harbor and Long Island Sound. We'll stay here half an hour so everyone can walk around and take pictures. Then we'll cruise on over to Texas RoadHouse for lunch arriving at 11:30 AM They get filled up quickly and waits are in excess of an hour and the parking lot is full most of the time so we'll be there early. Sounds good, Jimmy, but unfortuantely we are having a Memorial Day barbeque so count me out.

Watching the schedule for events I can attend.

I hate to pass up great ribs, especially on Memorial Day, but I'll be in a parade on Sunday. Post pics of the food.

Viper is not in the parade, I'm marching with the Republicans and I will be wearing body armor.

Viper is almost finished. I fell behind with work but it will be up and running for the weekend.

No, I missed Pocono :( but I will be there in the fall. :D

Anyone coming up from the south want to start at the Mobil station in the middle of the Hutch? if we leave there at 845 we can take the Hutch/Merritt Parkway for a fun twisty cruise up to the meeting spot, should take just about 1 hour.

It was a great day for a cruise and lunch! Thanks everyone for coming and hanging out. So much food! The manager wants us to come back and take a picture in front of the restaurant that he can put up on the wall! I guess I didn't throw enough peanuts at everyone to get us thrown out. We'll plan another one for later in the year, maybe go to West Rock before instead of East Rock.
