I can see the problem with that engine! There's a Nut in the clyinder!

Everyone knows you need to keep your nuts away from the intake. If one of your nuts gets sucked up, you are in trouble.

Judging by the picture, it looks like whoever removed the cylinder heads nutted on that cylinder. The nut would have been much dirtier and possibly banged up if it got sucked while driving.
