the base model Metros have 3 cylinders, but I decided to splurge and get the 4 ******. The only mods I have planned are a few more door dings to distract attention from the rust spots. This car has saved me a ton of money on gas and speeding tickets. I feel safe parking it anywhere. The Geo logo is a very effective theft deterrent device.

If I owned that car, it would have very VERY dark windows! Hell, I might even put one way tint on it! That's AWFUL!!

That's almost as bad as the car I used as a "field rally car" where a bunch of buddies and I would buy these cars and race them around a grass field (usually between 4 and 12 turns) Sanctioning body encouraged "rubbing"--hence the brush guard on this one. I actually rolled it at the last event.

Dude, that is awesome!! I had some friends in Abilene that did the same thing! It was actually a lot of fun to spray paint racing stripes and stuff like that!

I don't have a picture of just the cars, but here is a one in which you can see the "Red Rocket" in the background.

Also, the Tacoma 4x4 is mine.

Sorry, for the lack of a good picture of either. I just don't find either photo worthy, really.

That's so awesome. Sounds like a hell lot of fun.
So the wing didn't produce enough downforce to keep you on track in this picture?

I just picked up a couple of Crown Vic cop cars as daily beaters. '96/97 models. 60 - 70K miles. Yeah they use more gas than the vaunted Metro, but people get out of your way in the left lane.

Could it be the Ferrari?

No... :(

Okay then, how about the Mustang?

No... :( (Amazing how tall that Stang looks in comparison, isn't it?)

How about ol' Lassie here (1998 V6 Camry)? Well, it is the most reliable of all the cars in this post! :D

My father drives a Honda Insight and averages 74mpg over the past 3 years! You want to talk about saving money!
He drives into Chicago which is about 45 miles each way. Not bad having to spend $2.00 a day for that commute! :D
That 90 miles might only take me a few minutes in my Heffner GTS, but it would be more like $20-25! :headbang:

Here we see the Viper resting in its natural habitat, an empty parking lot at a Mexican fast food joint. It does not seem pleased to have the Metro in its presence. The Viper's look of contempt has caused the Metro to turn blue with depression. I've seen that look before. Back in high school, when I tried to approach the "cool" kids, they had a similar expression. Of course I was never blue, since I was too busy medicating myself.
