Hello Baz,
From what Dan (Damnyankee) explained to me, the reflash works only for the preset curves at WOT (Open loop operation), wheras the Vec works all the time, including closed loop operation.
But let's hear it from the specialists . Joe , are you there?

I don't see why not, but they both do the same thing. Not to mention that you are going to have a hard time finding someone in your neck of the woods with the equipment and the know how to re flash your computer.
The only after market unit out there is an AEM unit, that will do everything you want to do and a whole lot more. With it you unplug your factory computer completely from engine control functions.
