Do the PM system work?

Just curious because I have sent several, but can't recall getting any replies. Maybe no one likes me.

And it used to say "you've got mail" once I logged on.

If you send a PM, and you want a copy in your "Outbox", there is a box you need to check.

When you have a new PM, there is a white envelope that flashes up by where it says "Summary". I am thinking that might need to be changed to something a bit more conspicuos? Let me know.
