I too would like to know if it is different than the other years. As a recent '96 owner...mine did not come with a tape.

1996 is different from 1994. It talks about the hardtop and the assembly of the soft top is different. The 1998 edition has rollup windows and different hardtop and tonneau cover installation

Still looking for mine, I know I have one, just not sure what year it is from....I converted it to DVD and put it in a safe place....just not sure where
