Does anyone have a pic of one of the \"Bad\" Gen 3 valves?

I haven't seen a bad one yet and was wondering just exactly what the problem is.

It probably wouldn't be visible in a picture since it's just a missing angle cut. Only a couple tenths of a millimeter I think.
