Yeah ... I got about 25 rwhp and 28 rwtq after installing 1.7 roller rockers, swapped out smooth tubes for a Hennessey Cold Air Box ( so really no gain there ) , and an A&C Mail order tune.

Seems about right ... Ive seen people post 15-20rwhp from the 1.7's , and my combo before the mods was where everyone else was with the same mods ---

Cut out the cats and pick up 5rwhp. Also use a belt to by-pass the AC and you will pick up 2rwhp more. Cheap stuff for some small Gaines.

You will not feel a 7rwhp gain...leave the AC belt alone.

An underdrive pulley will get you 10 rwhp.

How much does the underdrive pulley affect electrical charge?

I have two radio amps... and on an old car that I had , when at idle with the headlights on you could really tell a difference in the gauge and output.
