Dyno\'d the \'01 . . . Surprising results.

This past weekend, the local club put on a dyno day. We had about nine cars show up and donate to the American Cancer Soceity.

Anyways, it was a nice cool day, about mid 60's by the time I was straped on. Humidity was light. The dyno was a Dynojet.
On the second pull, I managed a 440 rwhp and 480 rwtq
The only mods that I have are smooth tubes, K&N, Random Tech Highflow Cats, and a B&B Catback.

Needless to say, I was pretty happy with the results :2tu:

As a fellow 01 owner, I am not suprised. This WAS the best year, of course.

Sorry your car was not Viper Race Yellow. That gets you to 500 RWTQ.

We'll see how my "******" Yellow '01 GTS does next week on her maiden dyno run. Hopefully, she'll be a screamer too...!!

Can you post a picture of graph? I would be curious as to what the correction factor is. I believe it is in the bottom right corner of the graph.

Speaking as another one of the Blues Brothers, it does not surprise me at all.

Maybe we can find out who the genius was at Dodge that picked Sapphire for 01. It's worth a least a six pack from me. :2tu:

Sure, I will try to get a picture of it tonight. If not, I will scan it and host it tomorrow.

Oh, and yes, Saphire is the best :D

:hitfan: Just got my 01 back from her run. Pretty standard results. KN, Cat-backs, Smooth tubes....HOT day. I guess I can't paste the scanned PDF image here so outta luck looking at the printout. 4 Pulls: 417/457...414/449...406/444...401/443. 90 degrees/33% humidity. 02 looks real rich: mostly graphs between 12-10 from 3000-6000rpm. First pull stayed around 12 across the run. Anyways, anyone have any ideas as to how to post scanned images since the FAQ indicated I have to pull from a personal web page...don't have one of those.

Prior to my mods being installed I dyno'd 420/450.

I haven't had a dyno yet with my mods (below) ... nevertheless ... I can sure feel a difference!!!

Sapphire is the best, for sure. How many miles are on your car? Just wondering from a standpoint of being broke in. Heard our engines develop the most power around 15K on the odometer..... :nana:

I have a tad over 22k! I drive the car a lot!

Anyways, forgot about posting the graph. I will see what I can do tomorrow about getting a pic of it . . .
