Emblem question

My 97 Red GTS has the orange colored emblems on it. Does anyone know if any of the other year vipers had this same color?? Were there just a few different color emblems made for the GTS? It would seen there is a shortage of the 1997 GTS emblems.

my friend has a 93 rt/10 red and the emblems are orange also

The emblems should be "Viper Red." At least I thought the were.

They are an orange red. I thought that odd also.

My Red 94 RT had the same, I think the emblems on all the red cars were a slightly orangey red... They all seem to be like that over here, so I presume this is standard.

Ballpark on cost to replace an emblem set?

They are faded, mine are the same. Mine used to be red but a friend that works at a body shop said that likely some properties of the emblem or the paint that had to be used for it leads to it fading quicker than the rest of the car. Just get some red ones or leave them off, I dont mind the contrast until the fading gets too bad.
