Out for a drive, car was running great. Stopped for lunch and when I got back in the car, it wouldn't turn over the first try. When it did, CEL came on along with the throttle body lamps. Car felt like it was running on 5 cylinders, real rough idle. Turned it back off and let it sit a few minutes. Started back up and CEL was on but car ran fine, no issues. Got home and checked the codes and pulled the P2104, P2105 and P210E. Cleared the codes and so far car is running fine. I pulled the battery out and had it tested and it showed low voltage, could this be the cause?

P2104 - Throttle Actuator Control System Forced Idle
P2105 - Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) System - Forced Engine Shutdown
P210E - Engine TPS Pedal Position Sensor

Car info: 2008 - mods: Mopar Controller, headers, K&N filter, ported intake.

This happens all the time if the battery sits or goes bad. The PCM needs a constant voltage and when it sees something not right it will go to the limp mode. I would change it out to prevent anymore trouble and you may want to clear the codes if you have not already.

Thanks Mark and blue. I do not tender the battery and car has been parked for 3 weeks. I'll get a new one in there this weekend.
