Well its just about official the SRT/10 is on its way to Europe.

Just had a phone call from my local dealer asking would I like to place an order for one as he has been allocated 3.

Being tempted by the Dark Side just had to say yes.............delivery 2004.

Having said I would keep the GTS forever.........I have turned into such a tart (UK expression for trailer trash)

Can't wait

It is a fact that I think the new SRT/10 is not a patch on the old Viper, it looks far too tame.

Gone is the old agressive stance and the bold rear end.

Looks almost European, funny how car designers always think the you guys and gals in the US want European looking cars and when we get US cars they re-design then to look European too when all we want is some American looks.

there hasn't been much press coverage about it, hasn't even been to a European show yet that I'm aware of, impressive performance but not sure of some parts of the car, will have to wait to see it in person

Just back from Europe.
Checked some of the Dutch magazines.
Really positive about the new Viper. Is more of an exotic a la Ferrari in Holland. Taxes & insurance on a Viper can only be paid by the super wealthy.

SRT-10 will be available within a year. Price around 120,000$. No side pipes !
