Flashing Viper Lapel Pins

At VOI8 there was a vendor there selling small, magnetic, battery operated, flasing Viper Lapel pins, I bought 50 for my region and now want some more. Does anybody know who was selling these pins??

I've always been curious about a lot of the viper stuff I've seen around. Are they all DC approved, or can anyone make things with a resemblance to the Viper?
