Garage Lift Questions

I'm looking at installing a double park lift in my garage.
The problem is my garage door only raises up 7 ft above the floor, even though the celing is 10'4". Does anybody know of a garge door company in Houston, Texas that can raise my door the additional 3 feet?

Matt,
You need Hi Tracks, and it will take your door up to the ceiling, but I'm in NJ so I can't help. I had it done in my garage and it came out great.

I'm sure any garage door company can do that for you. They can put in tracks that are very close to the ceiling to give you that extra height.
