Gen 1 Viper Soft Top in excellent. It looks like new with only one issue a small tear in the flat rubber seal that goes against the body but is easy to repair and can be siliconed. Convas, frame, all supports look new and it includes the carry bag.
Thanks,

I don't believe this is a Gen1 top. My best guess is that its a transitional top used for late production of the 96 RT10, or the early 97 cars. The early 96 tops (designed to accommodate the new sliding windows) with the exception of the swing arms, were identical to the 92-95 tops. This top has a swing arm very similar to the Gen2 arm. The ring shaped screw used to attach the arm to the header on this top was eventually replaced with a knob. The rear latch pins appear to be Gen1 as well.
The early 96 arm used this knob, but it was positioned farther rearward on the arm. Also the middle top bow has the "crink" in it that was common to the Gen2 tops. Very interesting.
Photos of 96 top.

Based on Jacks comments I was able to determine this is a later Gen 1 top as it has the heavier side arms like the 96 cars but it uses the side curtains not roll up side glass. So it is a gen1 top that will fit 93-96 cars.
