GEN 3 Speaker swap

I would like to swap out my speakers to the existing stock stero and new amp with a seprate sub controll any hints as to what speakers are a direct replacment ? and what amp to go with any help would be great thanx and HAPPY NEW YEAR

Usually just swapping out the door speakers is enough of an upgrade.. try the polks or kickers then if u still want more umph you will need a professional
