Gen 3 whipers on a Gen 1

I know the Gen3 whipers are different. Do they fit on the Gen 1? Not that it rains much out here in vegas, but I would like to put on some whiper blades that work just in case.

PIAA Blades. They are the best. Put them on all your cars.IMO
and I think the Gen 3 are too long.
PIAA doesn't even make a blade for the Gen 3

dont bother the replacement blades are $120, do you drive your car in the rain that much?

I have Mighty blades (made by Rain-X, I believe) on mine. My car rarely sees rain, but they do a great job for $3.50 each.
