Gen I Intake

i couldnt find info anywhere on this so here is the question...are there any other intake options other than putting smooth tubes and changing the air filter? i notice the gen I seems to be the only one that does not have a full intake kit...

A gen 2 k&n kit will fit on a gen 1 with a little modification.
