I was up to 335 - I'm just glad that the tendon didn't rupture while I was benching! For the most part my elbows only bothered me during bench when they were very severe. The tendonitis in my elbows was always worst after working triceps.

MoparMan, I have a "clicking" in my right elbow that you can hear when I bend the elbow. Especially under load. I have just ignored it. It is a little tender today, but it is IN my elbow, in between the joint. Did you ever have anything like this or just the tendon pain. I sure don't want to blow my tri. How long to recover from that and will you still lift?

Never got the clicking but from people that have had it comes the suggestion of taking flax oil and glucosamine ( I prefer the hcl type in champions jsf to the normal sulfide form).

I'm sure I'll be back lifting, I just don't know at what level.

The HP was 482 not 382
I wouldn't have been smiling with that lower number.

Did you get to see the dyno sheet or did they just tell you the peak numbers?

They would not send the Dyno sheet just gave me peak numbers.
I did ask for it but Todd said they are restricted from giving the
the dyno sheets by DC. Todd did indicate that my dyno pull looked
real good, that the engine was stout.

I got his name from my Dodge dealers viper tech.
Simple, when I call Arrow I just ask for Todd. He was very
helpful and alway accessible.
