I am signed up for Sebring with speedventures April 24-25, just got an email that they are going to cancel the event since they only have 18 people!

Myself and several other guys who are going are trying to recruit more people, since this is such a great event. Open track format, 2 days for $350 Sebring 12 hours course 3.7 miles.

Last year at the event we had 35 cars and I ran through 2 tanks per day. Sometimes I was the only car on track. Best event I have been to out of MANY.

If you have even thought about doing sebring, this is the best chance you will ever get for a low traffic, laid back time. We stay at the chateau elan which overlooks the track for 89$. The drive to the track is 100 yds, and your wife can watch you go by from the balcony.

If interested sign up at www.speedventures.net, and if we get enough people, we will have a blast. IF not, your card will not be charged.

I'm signing up and I've got a friend taking his Viper.

Spread the word, we'll make it a Viper dominant event.

here are the facts:

=convertibles are allowed in this event, without roll bar, your safety is
your concern.

=track format last year was three groups, begin, int, adv, higher groups can
run in lower run groups if desired, etc adv can run in adv, int, begin, int
can run in int and begin, and begin is stuck in begin until promoted.
Passing rules are always with point by, in advanced open passing.

This is a great event for vipers, can't think of a better track. Very open
and cheap.

I heard, that we would know Monday, if we have enough people or not.

So sign up today, avoid the rush.

Is it possible to come down (in my Viper) and observe only.
Without going out on the track?

Thanks Chuck, I'll e-mail them. I also asked them If we all pitched a few more $$ would it help.
Still waiting on reply. I'd love to have two days on Sebring with minimal cars.

Donzi, I'm sure you could come and observe, but bring your wallet. Your going to want to drive your Viper on world famous Sebring

Andrew, I think you have offically become a "track rat." Now I'm going to have to sweat another Viper riding my *** in the rearview.

Donzi, not sure if this event is going to happen but you are welcome to enter or spectate any of the SAFE Motorsports events listed on my site. For $30 (goes to the club, not me) you get to ride along all day.
