So, will the Cap'n be helping you out? Sounds like he might be hindering you. Remember, the exhaust goes out the BACK!

I installed mine last week but I'm not sure how long the headers took since I was working on several things at one time. Maybe about 5 hours. One thing not indicated in the instructions is that you need to remove the AC compressor so that the O2 sensor wires can be re-routed so they are long enough. It would be easier to do this before the header is installed. The right side is ok. Some of the header bolts are really hard to get to. Also you should weld the cats to the elbow. I tried clamps but they leaked. How do the heat shields look?
