Help! TeamTechs rubbing me raw

I am not a very thick-necked individual, but my new TeamTechs are really rubbing my neck raw after only 30 minutes. It would appear that the headrest hole is not wide enough for the wide shoulder belts.

Is there a fix other than replacing the seat? Other than this, I love those belts- the fit is great.

You can add harness pads. I have the Simpson ones, and they are comfortable. You just wrap the pad around the harness where it rubs on your neck.

Easy, Instant fix:

Fuzzy Carpet on seatback runs farther up headrest hole than necessary, "closing down" that headrest hole. I took an exacto-knife and carefully separated the carpet stitching to the seatback, about .75 - 1.0" on each side, at the very top of the carpet-seat interface. Harnesses IMMEDIATELY slid into the wider slot. QED ! Instant relief.
