how do i post an avitar picture?

topic says it all. i don't see a spot in my profile page. also how do i post pics in my topic? a "browse" box would really make this much easier.

Dear Rich:

In order to post a Avatar you must shoot Tony over an e mail. His e mail address is:

[email protected]

Tell him you would like to post an avatar and include the picture in the attachments part of your e mail. Once he gets it, he will upload it for you.

Between the two codes you put the URL for the picture.
