I can\'t believe the difference green pads make!

I'm sure this was discussed a billion times already but I was completely shocked after I picked up the Viper after the brake pad change yesterday. I went with the green stuff because the Viper sounded like an old school bus coming to a stop. My Z06 brakes squeek quite a bit but the Viper brake dust and noise was too much for my taste. Honestly, I expected the noise level to subdue but I was surprised to hear NOTHING. I wonder if the noise will return as the pads wear down?

Well, I can tell you one thing: Keep an eye on pad wear if you're any bit of a maniac. I went from 3/4 pad to nothing with a little 'tracking.' They do create dust, but it's not as bad as the 'ol stock pads, that's for sure!
