I cant get my pics to post

If someone could tell me what i'm doing wrong I would greatly appreciate it .

I can post my thumb but as soon as i replace the word thumb with the word med all i get is a red x and no picture shows up . thnks ahead of time

Sometimes there is no "med" image generated. In those cases you just remove the "-1-thumb" from this:

to get this:
