Interior door panel & console

The clear covering on both my console and driver's side interior panel is beginning to peel off.

Has anyone else had this, or a similar, problem????

My dealer tells me that my 7/70 extended warranty does not cover interior trim. A new door panel is in the $1200 range,

singing was the second thing to go for me first was the plastic strip on my driver side door panel

and the factory told me it's not a problem they cover. I alos have a good left and right panel if your interested.
