For the street they'll be fine.

Don't do 20 80mph-->0 panic stops in a row though, you might warp or crack them.:)

I have EuroTeck Rotors that came slotted and I paid extra to have drilled. You will be fine, don't worry about braking hard now and then. Unless you're tracking the car or doing some sort of autocross frequently they should hold up for quite some time.

I think Chuck posted something a while back that illustrates the difference between normal stress cracks and dangerous/bad ones. Here are a couple of shots of EBC slotted and drilled rotors after one 20 minute session at a brake-intensive track.

I have used these on the street for years and not had a problem. Use 'em hard and they are not happy.

That's just fundamentally flawed and dangerous. I've never even had the Original Equipment Viper pieces do that, and I'm as ******* brakes as anyone out there.
