Is there a way to view all pages of a thread. Instead having to click page 1 2 3 and so on?

go into your control panel, and go to "edit options".

there is a setting towards the bottom called "Number of Posts to Show Per Page", that will let you set and view up to 40 responses per page, but at 41 responses, you are going to be given a page 2.
