It\'s all in the First 60\'

After having my car for two year's,this was the first year I took her to the track. Over the past few years I've got a wealth of information and tips off this board, but the drag radial's still have me guessing. The first time at the track my 60' times where in the low two's by the end of the year my last time out,I made nine run's, of which three were in the 1.8's, five in the 1.7's,and one in the 1.5's. All run's were made on pilot's. I have seen several post that state D/R are good for .50, with my 60' times on pilot's will I still get the .50 gain going to D/R. Any info or comments ?

Thank You

They (probably) won't improve on 1.5 , but you'll be more consistent.

Ever see a really fast car shut off at like the 400' mark (or earlier) and still run in the 10s or 11s?

If you could avg 90mph in the 1/4, you'd run 10 flat!

:)
