I called Jon yesterday (Sat), for some possible help on my Reverse lock out mode my 06 was in. Just thought I'd try on a whim to see if I could reach him.I figured, no way cause of the Mem. holiday. Well last nite he called, SAT. We talked for around 30 min. or so, about my situation, and then he answered other questions that I had about my Viper. IMO I don't know a hell of a lot of people that would take the time (especially on a holiday) to help someone out like he did. Thanks Jon,for your help.TOM.

He said to try putting it into reverse with the engine off.Then start the engine. Does not work. Vipe is going to the dealer WED. for the hatch- latch replacement.I'll have them look at the gear problem then.
