Recently, I ordered a very large part though JonB that I could have ordered directly through the manufacture, but as always I called JonB instead. Benefits: (i) Jon already had a couple of these parts on order that were presently being manufactured, so I didn't have to get in the back of the manufacturing line, (ii) JonB sold it to me waaaaay below the manufacture's price (this just keeps happening to me), and (iii) when it ended up taking too freaking long to be completed and delivered, JonB, who is probably this manufacturer's best customer by far, called them up and, somehow managed to get them to overnight the completed part to me, even though this part is so large that it can only be sent via freight (and not UPS ground) and no doubt ended up costing somebody hundreds of dollars to overnight (I'm afraid to ask who, but it wasn't me). Thanks JonB!!!
