Hello Kitty is huge with kids in Asia. The trucks in the background give away the location (I can't see the signs well). The custom plate, paint, graphics, and "Hello Kitty" across the windshield indicate to me this is an advertising deal. Still ugly as shucking fit.

It's definately photoshop , look at the front wheel at the bottom where it's not true on the wheel, FUGLY, but Hello Kitty sells like crazy even here in the US since like back in the 60's or something like that!
