Hi! I am about to build a new fuel system for my Viper. I bought 69 lb/hr injectors from Roe Racing they will deliver enough fuel I guess. I have an Aeromotive A1000 BTR, will that one work you think? I would like to remove all of the Paxton fuel system. My first thought was to modify the OEM fuel rail, anyone done that? I would like a fuel system with a return. I will use one large pump and change all the fuellines... If anyone has built a fuelsystem I am happy to get all of you tips!!

Thanks alot!!!

Have you changed engine internals to all forged. If you haven't increasing fuel and horse power could be costly. The stock Paxton system seems to be at the peak safety for the stock engine. You may be better off tweaking the stock tune with one of the ones that are now available.

Yes we are just about to upgrade the internals of the engine to all forged. I will call DC and see what they say, I think we have come up with a working solution but It´s always best to have a second opinion.

Thanks for the info!
