last week i miss-shifted from 3rd to 2nd gear while driving at 75mph. Engine screamed , i can still shift in all gears smoothly but i cant go past 40mph on 1st , cant go past 60 on 2nd , deffintly lost alot of power, no leaks under car , no signs of breakage anywhere. Any one have any idea what i damaged?

Over-revving by mis-shifting can cause all kinds of problems, with the valvetrain being the most likely to break. Might have floated a valve and bent the crap out of it, and most likely bent a pushrod or two. Definitely bring it in ASAP and don't drive it. If you haven't seen a check engine light yet, you probably will soon. You have to be careful because, if you bent an exhaust valve, you'll be pumping gas straight into your exhaust, which will burn up your cats and possibly cause a lot of damage.
