What is the max factory HP you can order in an ACR or otherwise. Must be in a street car not race car? Help need to bash a vette guy on another site.

I thought you could order motor internal upgrades straight from the factory?

ACR is only an aero/suspension package...no engine tweaks. So 600 is the limit (all snakes get the same engine).

get the belanger system and you will have over 600

Belangers and full exhaust system, and 3:33's, you will be in the very low 11's, possible high 10's. The Gen 4 suffers down low on torque, but that actually helps traction a bit. But if you can get it to stick w/ the mods I mentioned, you will be practically unbeatable for any n/a cars out there and many forced induction cars will fall victim to you as well.

So a better question would be what's the max hp you can have "delivered" from the factory (before a dealer can perform any mods)?

600 is the rated power but with proper break in I bet you would see 615-620 ;-)

Really? What about an 04 with Corsa...what can you expect? Also, with a K&N cold air? (looking for 2 separate estimates - 04 2/ corsa, 04 with corsa and K&N)

The 04' cars when switching to the Corsa "track" will gain anywhere from 10-15 hp.
I have not seen "measurable" gains from the intakes, remember 5hp is within the 1% repeatability range of a 500 hp car on a dyno.
