I just bought a 1999 RT-10 and am looking for a Mopar PCM. Did these really work or are they just a waste of money? The is stock except for different exhaust,K&N, and tubes.

For it to work effectively you need headers, cat back, smooth tubes, K&N's, and T&D 1.7 rocker rollers. A nice cam would help as well to really get the most of the controller but the T&D's are pretty much necessary to really feel the performance gain.

I had one and I had to take it off my GTS to make it idle and to get the throttle to return. I did have headers, roller rockers (1.7) and throttle bodies. I don't think the controllers work at all.

I ran the mopar PCM back to back w/ a stock 99 PCM. they were within one HP of each other. And that is on a 900+ rwhp car.

but the mopar throws fewer codes... so i keep that one around.
