I changed all seven fluids with the help of a friend who has a lift. Everything feels so smooth and new again. I thought the car ran good before but now it feels even better.
My car feels new again!

I notice that the tranny shifts a little smoother with fresh fluid in it. -change it about every 5-7 track days.

Yea I'm kinda thinking this is the first time the fluids have been changed besides oil changes. It now has 30k on it and when I bought it, it had 21k almost 3 years ago. the clutch fluid was black, the antifreeze was a ugly orange color and tranny, brake and diff fluids looked dark as well. The power steering was the only descent looking fluid. Everything is so smooth now. No grinding and binding and the MGW shifter I installed last month feels great. And yes friends with lifts are great.
