Need Warranty help/advice asap

the power brake booster went out on my 04 vert, factory 3 year warranty expired 3-14-07, i called my local dodge dealership in fresno, ca on 3-22-07 to let them know and to make an appointment for repair.

car does have the 7 year,70k powertrain warranty

Now the Regional rep Brian Stokoff (not sure of the spelling) wont athourize the work to fix the brakes.

Damn car only has 10k miles on it,

very pissed with dodge right now, does anyone have any suggestions?????

That's weak to say the least. Try calling Dodge customer service, probably won't help but I would give it a shot. You might want to try Chuck Tator or Woodhouse first, they might give you some good advice.
