Neighborhood Service Center, Irvine Ca. Anyone used them?

Hello all,
I need to take the snake in for a 2 year service and to have a few things checked out.
Has anyone here used Neighborhood Service, since Dave Jenkins left?
I knew he was (is) an awesome Viper tech but he moved on..
I need to go to a "Factory" shop because I may need some warranty work done (Chrysler Added Care Plus Warranty).
Any opinions on this place would be good, or if you know of a good dealer within 40-50 miles of Ontario Cal.

I've used them since Dave left and they did a good job. I don't normall go that far but I did not have anyone locally I trusted until Dan Cragin opened his place.

Heard good things about Neighborhood service. They seem to care.
Another option is Jack Powell in Escondido.
Dave, their ViperTech has worked on my SRT, and done excellent warrenty work. They are also in a transition phase. Travis and Mike, the former ViperTechs which earned them such a great reputation have left, and the new service writer is very green, without much Viper specific knowledge.

I've used them a couple of times, Pete is the new tech and seems to know what he is doing.

Pete has done a good job on my Viper's repairs. I'd go there again, if I needed to.
