That car is an American import.
94 Vipers were called Chrysler Viper in Europe, so this must originally have been and American car. I also noticed the speedometer is in mph.

the car was in USA first then Germany then Sweden and i think this i a 96 because it had rear pipes not side pipes and the rims from 96, but the firm "Uppsala avgsateknik" built sidepipes on this car so it looks like a 94 but i don't think it is, but i'm not really sure
