I have NX 62/35 nitrous/fuel jetting in each smooth tube. What is the total size of the wet shot being applied to the motor? What are some of the other Roe guys with a nitrous wet system running for jetting? Thanks

that sounds like a 250 shot to me.

52/33 is a 200 shot i think

sean told me a 100 shot with that same setup you have is a perfect match.

The size shot depends a lot on the delivery system. With street type solenoids and a 4AN line it is difficult to increase nitrous flow past the 052 jet. In other words, if you get 200 hp at .052, you may only get 225 at 60 plus. 52/35 is typically a 200 shot or 175 rwhp, but, that is on a non-sc car. Macedo and Tony Armour probably know more about the roe sc/nos cars than anyone, go to the source.

Once again, the numbers are approximately and will change a bit dependent on losses in the plumbing and your target a/f.

I Had NX 35/18 nitrous/fuel on my 8 lb and made 122 rwhp and 155 rwtq more. Tuned on the Dyno but never used it. Now that I went to the 10 lb, water/**** I'm not sure if I will try tune for nitrous.

Hey Brad, how do you launch your car to cut a 1.46 on BFG's? I'm still trying to learn how to launch, I recently ran a 10.7 @ 135 launching at 1500 rpm, I cut a 1.7 60 foot.

I talked to Ken at Ny-Trex and got this explanation. The dual .062 nitrous jets basically more than max out the orifice of my nitrous supply solenoid and mostly serve to balance the flow into each throttle body. The fuel jets were selected to achieve the desired AFR. As applied in the Roe setup it nets about 160 rwhp and 250 rwtq. If I were to run a larger solenoid I would have to definitely jet down on the nitrous. Ken knows his stuff when it comes to nitrous. :2tu:
