Oil and Temp gauges not working

[2001 GTS]

Tonight started with:
-Fuel pump hanger R&R
-O2 senser R&R
-New temp sensor install

So I do all of that with the battery disconnected, connect the battery back and start the car and the temp gauge still pegged out, but worst of all the oil pressure wasn't reading anything so I immediately shut the car off.

Last night I put the car up after a hour drive and all was fine. The oil pressure was great but the coolant gauge was pegged out.

What would cause the oil gauge not to work out of nowhere? And whats next for the ******* temp gauge?

Sounds like a relay went bad to me. Did you check the fuses under the hood?

99R/T... What relay would that be that could have gone bad? My memory on that circuit is there's no relay in it.

2001GTS... Ya did plug the temp sensor back in didn't cha?

Thats funny, because at first I thought I didn't, but sure it enough it was plugged in.

And more info on which relay Mike!!
