oil pan question?

Do I put a dab of silicon in the four corners of the oil pan? It looks like there was some when I pulled it off.

year matters, front and rear main seal galleys, and ALL the bolt holes

For a Gen-3 or 4, silicon at the block corners ONLY, where the timing cover/block, and rear seal cover/block meet. No silicon on pan side. No silicon on bolt holes.
